Products
Our gemstones are natural and of high quality. They may contain inclusions or other natural characteristics. We encourage our customers to carefully examine the stones before purchase to form their own opinion.
Prices and VAT
Prices are not displayed on our website but are available upon request. The prices listed are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include delivery fees within Switzerland. We are not subject to Swiss VAT for sales.
Order and Payment
We accept payments via Twint and bank transfer (PostFinance AG). The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
Delivery
We deliver exclusively within Switzerland through recognized logistics partners. The estimated delivery time is 2-3 weeks. Delivery is secure and included in the price.
Return and Refund Policy
Customers have a 3-month period from receipt to return the gemstone in its original condition along with the corresponding certificate for a full refund. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty and Claims
Our products are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Gemstones do not have a specific warranty. For any claims, please contact our customer service as soon as possible.
Data Protection
We adhere to Swiss data protection laws. Your personal information is treated confidentially and used only to enhance our services and customer experience. We use analytical data for continuous internal improvement. Your data will not be shared with third parties without your prior consent, except when necessary to fulfill an order or comply with legal obligations.

Brilliant Switzerland Sàrl is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the purchase amount. In case of a dispute, our liability will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
Jurisdiction and Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute regarding the interpretation or execution of these terms will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sion (VS).
